Hirecarta is a solo company, built and run entirely by its founder, Chester Liu. Chester's background is in software engineering, UX design, and corporate leadership. Over a 25-year career, he hired hundreds of employees across multiple organizations, which gives Hirecarta something most job search tools lack: a perspective from both sides of the table. He knows what hiring managers actually look for, and he built the platform around that knowledge.
