Terms of Use

1. Definitions

In these Terms of Use:

  • "Service" refers to the Hirecarta application and all related services provided by RevvRally, LLC.
  • "RevvRally," "we," "us," or "our" refers to RevvRally, LLC.
  • "User," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
  • "Content" refers to any text, images, or other information generated by or provided through the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

HIRECARTA IS A PROPERTY OF REVVRALLY, LLC. BY ACCESSING AND USING REVVRALLY'S SERVICES, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

RevvRally may change these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide you with prior notice of any material changes to these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any change to these Terms means that you accept all such changes. You should consult these Terms each time you access the Service to view any changes. These terms were last modified on the date indicated above.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the service and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

  • Maintain the security of your account and password
  • Restrict access to your computer and mobile devices
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate RevvRally, a RevvRally employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm RevvRally or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, structure, or organization of RevvRally's software.
  • Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service, including their ability to engage in real time activities through the Service.
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Service.
  • Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
  • Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Service.
  • Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
  • Attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
  • Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RevvRally and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Intended Purpose Usage

RevvRally's services must be used solely for their intended purpose. Any use of the service for purposes outside its intended scope, including but not limited to unauthorized data mining, scraping, or automated access, is strictly prohibited. Users agree to access and utilize the service only in the manner explicitly authorized and intended by RevvRally.

7. AI Content Reliability

RevvRally utilizes artificial intelligence technologies to generate and enhance content. While we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability, users acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be perfect or complete. Users should exercise professional judgment when utilizing AI-generated content and verify critical information through additional sources when necessary. RevvRally does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. REVVRALLY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

REVVRALLY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (II) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RevvRally, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL REVVRALLY, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. YOUR SOLE RECOURSE IS A REFUND OF THE CURRENT MONTH'S SUBSCRIPTION, IF ANY.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Massachusetts. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
